Description - This assignment focuses on proposing a thematic interactive website that promotes brand engagement. A thematic interactive website centers around a specific theme—such as a product, movie, game, gallery exhibit, or artist—and uses multimedia elements like videos, animations, and interactive features to provide users with a dynamic, engaging experience. The goal is to encourage exploration and keep users actively involved with the content.

Objective - The objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive UI/UX proposal for a thematic interactive website that:

• Engages users through immersive and interactive exploration.
• Effectively promotes a selected theme or subject—such as a product launch, game release, movie promotion, or music album.
• Demonstrates creativity and thoughtful design principles to enhance the overall user experience.
• Utilizes design tools and planning methods (e.g., mood boards, wireframes, user flows) to clearly visualize the user journey and interactive components.

Reflection 

In this assignment to design an interactive website, I first conducted some research to understand what an interactive website is. I searched online for inspiration by browsing through various websites. After exploring some ideas, I started to form a clearer vision of what I wanted my website to be.

Once I got approval from the lecturer, the most challenging part was writing the proposal. I wasn’t sure what content to include, Since during my first proposal attempt, the lecturer mentioned that the idea for content was too simple and it was like last two semester module interactive design. This feedback led me to spend more time researching and brainstorming ideas for richer content.

By looking at the ONE OK ROCK official website, I was inspired and got some ideas on what content I could include in my website. I listed out potential features and content to develop my concept further. While writing the proposal, I have also encountered some problems such as not knowing what to write for each section. However, I managed to overcome these issues after some brainstorming.

The wireframe section was not as difficult as I expected, especially since I already had a clear idea from the beginning.

Overall, through this assignment, I have gained a basic understanding of interactive design and its key elements. The exploration process was fun and engaging, and I also had the opportunity to strengthen my problem-solving skills.
