The proposed redesign should focus on improving the user experience, visual aesthetics, and overall performance.

Assignment Description: Choose a website with evident design and UX challenges and create a detailed proposal to address these issues. Proposal should present design solutions aimed at enhancing usability, visual appeal, and site performance, while keeping the website's goals and user expectations in mind.

Reflection

In this assignment, I chose to create a redesign proposal for the UBSM Bookstore website because its outdated and somewhat old-fashioned appearance initially caught my attention. However, as I explored the website further, I discovered additional issues, such as poor mobile responsiveness, a lack of images, and some missing navigation elements. After conducting a thorough website analysis, I began searching for inspiration but found myself stuck midway, trying to decide on a new direction while preserving some of the website's original identity.

Fortunately, after reviewing several mood boards and sources of inspiration, I gained some clarity on the look and feel I wanted to achieve and gathered some images that aligned with my vision. Overall, this assignment allowed me to think creatively and critically, balancing website analysis with research for the redesign proposal.
