• For the clock tower texture change it more bigger

Week 09-14

In weeks 09-14, we began Project 02 and the final project, focusing on drawing an interior space and refining our work. In Project 02, I encountered a significant challenge in analyzing the space and ensuring proper scale, often resulting in the space looking smaller than intended. I managed to overcome this obstacle by creating 3D models to aid in understanding scale and angles.  

Decision-making in Project 02 was time-consuming, especially in determining what elements to include to make the space more interesting and tell a compelling story. As for the final project, I found it more challenging to polish and refine. I often felt stuck, unsure of what to do next and what elements to add.  

Overall throughout the seventh week, I learned new techniques that proved helpful in overcoming these challenges. I discovered that utilizing 3D modeling was a valuable tool for finding the right angles and visualizing the final image.

Overall Reflection 

In this term, Environment Design was one of my favorite modules, even though I found it stressful to finish the assignments. Despite the challenges, I gained techniques and new knowledge about what environmental design entails. Additionally, in these weeks, I have come to understand the importance of light sources and the concept of value painting.  Throughout this module, I learned several techniques and acquired skills in drawing perspective, working with color, and utilizing photo bashing.
